Mill District Hotel
Developer RePlay Destinations has partnered with Mayacama Club and Dunnigan Sprinkle Architects to provide outstanding design and luxury service at the newest boutique hotel in downtown Healdsburg. Mayacama is one of North America’s most coveted private clubs and is located just 15 minutes from downtown. RePlay is a well-established real estate development company with decades of experience developing properties in some of the most desirable locations in the world. Dunnigan Sprinkle is an exciting new voice in hospitality design, with decades of combined hospitality and luxury design experience. RePlay has also engaged Greg Champion, an accomplished leader in the hospitality sector, to ensure the guest experience at the hotel is second to none. Dunnigan Sprinkle is delighted to be working along side Replay’s newest team members Mayacama and Greg Champion in the design of 53-room luxury hotel at the Mill District.

Dunnigan Sprinkle has been selected to be the Hotel Architect for the transformation of a former lumber mill into a 10-acre mixed use neighborhood just steps from Healdsburg’s galleries, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, and Michelin-starred restaurants.
