GW Williams Co is known for a long-term investment strategy built upon high-quality design and construction, coupled with careful attention to their resident’s living environment. This client’s strategy is to build well, create unique residences, engage with the community, and provide a high level of service. This has been a winning strategy for this family firm for over 60 years, and the design team was thrilled to be selected as the group to take their brand to a national presence. The Osprey Lodge consist of 86 residential units and amenities, retail, and 90 parking stalls.
