This expansive new mixed-use residential neighborhood development at the former site of Candlestick Park stadium features multiple blocks. Highlighting the importance of placemaking for the redevelopment, this 1.2 million sf phase of the mixed-use development features 422 market-rate residential units, 100 affordable senior housing units, a 220 key hotel, extensive amenities for residents and hotel guests, a signature Film Arts center, 75,000 sf of restaurants and retail the conceal a 225-stall parking garage behind, all contribute to the neighborhood’s vitality. The activated street level includes food-oriented retail, walk-up townhomes and multiple residential entry lobbies, and an entry plaza for the hotel.
