Mill District Lot 1 will be the home of a luxury boutique hotel developed by Replay Destinations and operated by luxury brand, Mayacama. As the heart, hub and front gate of the Mill District neighborhood, the hotel will serve as the connection point between Mill District and downtown Healdsburg. The hotel will be the place that guests and locals venture to and from as they gather and intersperse between Mill District and downtown.

 

The hotel will consist of 53 total guest room keys, which includes a mix of king, double queen, junior suites, and two-bedroom suites. The project includes a luxury reception lobby with an integrated food and beverage experience consisting of a restaurant and cocktail bar. The lobby and lobby bar will be the animated heart of the hotel. A Wellness Center featuring a pool, pool bar, deck seating and lounge spaces, a spa, yoga terrace, and fitness center round out the elements making up the ground floor environment.  The second floor "Presidential suite" area will be creatively programmed to serve a variety of entertainment functions.  The hotel building includes three levels of guest rooms over a podium parking structure. The 2nd and 3rd floors consist of a combination of standard keys, and one- and two-bedroom suites. The top floor is composed exclusively of two-bedroom suites. The project also includes a 1,700-sf stand-alone one-story commercial structure.
