A new town center for this 7,500-unit master planned community dating from the early 1970’s. This town center is part of an effort by the owner to simultaneously increase density and quality for this garden apartment community. The new member’s club, fitness center, flex-work office building, hotel and conference center, retail plus 314 new residential units totaling almost 900,000 sf establish an urban core for this project and meets the owner’s desires to create a one-of-a kind residential community for Dallas.
